Lara Taibi holds a B.A. from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA and a J.D. from the Cardozo School of Law in New York, NY. She is looking forward to making meaningful contributions to the WFM community while working on foundation events and initiatives, and she hopes to connect with other WFM parents. Her daughter, Lia, is in the WFM Lower Elementary program.

Rajashree Todmal has been part of the Waterfront Montessori community since 2017. Currently, Rajashree is a stay-at-home mom. During her 13-plus years career, Rajashree worked in Technology Consulting and Management Consulting industries. She specializes in Business Operations and has extensive experience working with C-level leadership. In her most recent role, she worked as Chief-of-Staff to CEO, IT Services at Cognizant Technology Solutions. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree with a major in Electronics and Telecommunications from Pune University (India) and a M.B.A from The Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University. She has volunteered as a Class Parent multiple years since joining the WFM community. Her oldest daughter, Durga, is in the WFM Lower Elementary program and her younger daughter, Shloka, is in the WFM Primary program.
