Jessica Goddard, President
Jessica Goddard has been part of the Waterfront Montessori community since 2018 and a Waterfront School Foundation Board Member since 2021.
Jessica heads up Marketing & Communications and Brand Strategy for HealthyWomen.org, the leading women’s health resource dedicated to educating women so they can make informed health decisions, advocate for themselves and prioritize their health and wellness.
During her career, she has contributed to every aspect of Communications in the world of health, wellness, social impact and self-and-organizational transformation. Through her published work, as well as her workshops, Jessica is committed to giving back to the next generation.
She is the President of the Board of Directors of Sugar House at Liberty Cove and is a contributing member of the Paulus Hook Jersey City community. She holds a M.A. in Public Communications and a B.A. in Journalism with a minor in Psychology from Fordham University in New York, NY.
She has volunteered as a Class Parent since joining the school. Her kids are in Lower Elementary and in Primary at Waterfront Montessori
LARA TAIBI, vice President
Lara Taibi has been part of the Waterfront Montessori community since 2021 and a Waterfront School Foundation Board Member since 2022.
Lara currently serves as the Professional Liability Practice Leader and is a Senior Vice President of Professional and Executive Risks (ProEx) with HUB International Northeast. Lara leads a team focusing on all types of Professional Liability coverage, with expertise in Architects & Engineers Liability, Lawyers Professional Liability, Accountants Professional Liability and Miscellaneous Professional Liability, among other areas. Lara has more than 20 years of insurance industry experience, providing a comprehensive range of services including analytics, litigation support, and risk management to her HUB clients.
Lara holds a B.A. from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA and a J.D. from the Cardozo School of Law in New York, NY.
Lara is looking forward to making meaningful contributions to the WFM community while working on foundation events and initiatives, and she hopes to connect with other WFM parents. Her daughter is in Lower Elementary at Waterfront Montessori.
RAJASHREE TODMAL, treasurer
Rajashree Todmal has been part of the Waterfront Montessori community since 2017 and a Waterfront School Foundation Board Member since 2022.
Currently, Rajashree is a stay-at-home mom. During her 13-plus years career, Rajashree worked in Technology Consulting and Management Consulting industries. She specializes in Business Operations and has extensive experience working with C-level leadership. In her most recent role, she worked as Chief-of-Staff to CEO, IT Services at Cognizant.
She holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree with a major in Electronics and Telecommunications from Pune University (India) and a M.B.A from Carnegie Mellon University.
She has volunteered as a Class Parent for multiple years since joining the school. Her daughters are in Lower Elementary and in Primary at Waterfront Montessori.
ANJULI GARG, INTERIM SECRETARY
Anjuli Garg has been a part of the Waterfront Montessori community since 2014 and a Waterfront School Foundation Board member from 2017 to 2018 and again in 2023.
During her tenure on the WSF Board, Anjuli made significant contributions to numerous foundation initiatives, including the Gala and the School Musical, and has also maintained the foundation website.
As the Director of Data Analytics, she leads the team responsible for supporting analytics needs across the organization to enable data driven decision making.
She holds an M.B.A from NYU Stern and also holds a BS in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
Her daughters are in Middle School and in Upper Elementary at Waterfront Montessori.
